Note: Some Western European countries are not suitable for sending postal parcels. Their websites might not update promptly, leading to disputes where customers claim they haven't received goods despite having received them, causing conflicts.
Eastern Europe: Including Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. It's best to send via DHL International Express.
Other European countries: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and former Soviet countries such as Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, etc., should use EMS and postal parcels.
Greece, Turkey: Customs corruption, high taxes. Unless customers have their own customs clearance agent, it's not recommended to use DHL International Express, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. Generally, EMS and postal services are recommended for smoother customs clearance.
United Kingdom: Parcels declared with a value exceeding 18 GBP will incur tariffs.
Ireland, France, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, etc.: EU territories impose tariffs on parcels valued above 22 Euros. Based on previous data, a few parcels have been checked; EMS has a higher safety factor.
Italy: An EU territory where parcels valued above 22 Euros incur tariffs. Due to the low exemption declaration amount, parcels in the EU area are often checked due to under-declaration.
Netherlands: An EU territory where parcels valued above 22 Euros incur tariffs. Based on past data, a few parcels have been checked and charged tariffs. Textile items are subject to relatively strict scrutiny; EMS has a higher safety factor.
Germany: An EU territory where parcels valued above 22 Euros incur taxes. Germany has stricter customs inspections compared to other EU countries; EMS parcels are often returned due to customs reasons.
Russia: Regarding DHL International Express and FedEx, almost every parcel is checked, while EMS is rarely checked. Postal routes are normal.
Ukraine: Ukrainian customs are difficult to deal with. Except for postal EMS and small parcels, clearing parcels via FedEx and DHL International Express is challenging.
Belarus: Parcels sent via FedEx and DHL International Express may encounter problems, but using EMS presents no issues. Belarus imposes weight restrictions on parcels: total shipment weight cannot exceed 250KG, a single piece cannot exceed 50KG. If the shipment reaches a city or postal code marked with "F" on the DHL service guide list, a single ticket cannot exceed 30KG, with standard dimensions not exceeding 1.20.80.8M. If the weight exceeds these limits, the shipment will be automatically returned, and all expenses incurred will be borne by the sender.
