Amazon offers two delivery methods: FBA and FBM. FBA is the logistics delivery method recommended by Amazon. Products distributed via FBA are generally more trusted and favored by buyers, hence having relatively higher listing weights. This article focuses on the delivery operation process.

Apply/Register for an Amazon-FBA Account.
Go to the Amazon Services page, click on "Amazon Fulfillment," and on the automatically appearing page, fill in the company name. Remember to review and agree to Amazon's relevant terms and agreements. Finally, select FBA service to successfully register.
Select Products for FBA.
On the Amazon shipping page in the "Inventory" tab, checkmark the products to be shipped to Amazon warehouses and choose "Change to Amazon Fulfillment." The selected products will be successfully converted to FBA inventory.
It's important to note during the FBA shipping process that from the moment sellers switch their items from seller pick-up to Amazon delivery until Amazon receives the shipment, the inventory list won't be visible to customers. If sellers wish customers to see their products during this time and they have inventory in China, they can also switch from FBA inventory. During this process, the total inventory in China should still be specified. However, some sellers, despite not converting their inventory back to the list on the inventory page, might be found when searching for their product SKU in the backend. Sellers can then set the domestic inventory.
Actual FBA Delivery Steps (Sending/Replenishing Inventory).
The first step is to set the quantity and then input the total number of products to be shipped under the "Unit" section. If product packaging specifications were not entered in the previous product submission, sellers must fill in the product packaging specifications here. There are two packaging types: individual products and boxed products. Individual product mixed packaging refers to different products mixed in packaging. Boxed products refer to the same product, the same SKU packaged in one box.
The second step is preparing the products. This step is not mandatory.
The third step is to label the products. Sellers must choose between Amazon labeling or self-labeling. Self-labeling is more cost-effective as Amazon charges for labeling. If self-labeling, choose "Merchant" under "Who labels" and select adhesive stickers with the relevant specifications and copy the logo.
The fourth step is reviewing the shipment. Sellers can see where Amazon is delivering the products in their name and which warehouse the seller's products are stored in. Each shipment name implies a different warehouse, and sellers need to click "Deal with shipment" to proceed.
The fifth step is preparing for shipping. Under shipping services, there are shipping methods and carriers for the seller to choose from. Generally, if the net weight of the goods is around 60 kilograms, the seller may choose small parcel express (SPD). Additionally, even if the seller chooses UPS as the shipping carrier, it is advisable to select "Other" under the carrier options. The shipping label is an outer packaging indication for the box, so it must be printed and pasted onto the outer packaging.
The sixth step is summarizing. Fill in the logistics tracking number, and when the seller has the tracking number in hand, mark it as delivered.
