Develop a Product Around Your Brand Brief
Start with a proven formula base, refine an existing product direction or develop a more customized formula around your product format, target market and target price point. Our team helps define the ingredient system, fragrance, color, viscosity, foam profile, spreadability and after-feel before samples are prepared.
Formula Development: Develop or refine formulas for liquid body care and solid care products based on the intended format, performance and positioning.
Ingredient Selection: Select suitable surfactants, emollients, humectants, botanical extracts and functional ingredients for the desired product direction.
Fragrance & Texture Customization: Adjust fragrance family, scent intensity, color, viscosity, foam, spreadability, absorption and after-feel.

Once the initial product direction is confirmed, samples are prepared for evaluation and refined through structured feedback. At the same time, suitable bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, sprays, cartons, sleeves, tins or gift sets can be sourced according to the product format, dispensing requirements and retail positioning.
Sample Development: Prepare prototypes for evaluation and refine the selected formula according to feedback before final approval.
Packaging Sourcing: Match the formula with suitable packaging formats, capacities, materials, closures and dispensing systems.
Label & Artwork Support: Coordinate label dimensions, packaging dielines, print positions and production-file checks before printing.
Confirm the Product Before Bulk Manufacturing
Before mass production, the approved formula and packaging are checked against the confirmed product specification. Applicable checks may cover pH, weight, appearance, texture, fragrance, foam, stability and packaging compatibility. Production then proceeds through filling or forming, packing, batch inspection, finished-goods storage and shipment preparation.
