Step 1 Heat up

Step 2 Shrink
Once the heat shrink film is heated to a certain temperature, it begins to shrink. The shrinkage process is mainly determined by two factors, the first is the internal structure of the heat shrink film, and the second is the temperature of the external environment.
3. Mechanical structure
The heat shrink packaging machine usually consists of a conveyor belt, a heating chamber and a shrinking area. The conveyor belt is used to carry the product to be packaged to the heating chamber. The heating chamber contains one or more heaters that provide the required heat. The heat shrink film is pulled from the roller, sent over the product by conveyor belt, and then lowered to enclose the product. When the packaging is complete, it enters the shrink zone, where the film is heated to shrink to the desired size.
