Regarding the silk-screen logo, after our long-term accumulation of experience, we learned that the ice hockey stick is made of high borosilicate glass, so it has higher requirements for silk-screen dyes, while ordinary silk-screened pigments will easily fall off after silk-screen printing. It will also be easy to fade when touched. Our company has its own pigment formula, which makes the pigment better adhere to the handle and is not easy to fade.
In addition, because the ice ball handle is cylindrical, the output during the silk screen printing process is not high, and we have stricter requirements for the tolerance range of the logo position of each ice ball, so this greatly reduces the efficiency and increases the labor cost.
Later, we made suggestions to the customer, and also showed the customer the samples and processes we produced before. After getting the customer's logo, after proofing, we finally got the customer's approval and successfully placed the order!
