Use them to wake up drowsy skin in the morning and to de-stress and relax (literally) at night. To get the most out of your globes, you should aim to use them once or twice a day for six weeks. Just 5 to 10 minutes of cold massage is enough to rejuvenate your skin. But remember, there are no shortcuts to skincare - persistence is the key.
Disinfection.
Gently disinfect your puck with alcohol or any other antibacterial solution. You don't want to massage your skin with an unclean ball full of germs because it will make things worse than they were before!
Freezing.
After properly sanitizing your pucks, place them in the refrigerator or freezer (yes, you can place our pucks in the freezer). for at least 30 minutes for best results. We recommend putting them in at night and using them in the morning, immediately after your facial cleansing routine for best results.
Massage.
We recommend massaging your face with the ice balls for 5 - 15 minutes, gently massaging your face. The cold will work.
