We, a foreign export company, recently had a discussion with a US customer regarding the purchase ofjade pieces. The customer had their own logo and brand name and was interested in purchasing jade pieces for their business. After discussing all the details of the order, the customer was still hesitant to make the payment advance. They needed to see the design drawing of the box and the pre-production sample before they could make the payment.
To gain the customer's trust, we conducted a background investigation on the customer and found that they were a reputable and reliable business entity. We then offered to provide them with a free sample for testing. After seven days, we successfully produced the sample, and the customer was very satisfied with its quality and design.
Finally, the customer agreed to make the payment advance, and we began the production process. In the end, the customer was very satisfied with the product and payment, and we established a long-term business relationship.
Overall, this case study shows that by gaining the customer's trust and providing high-quality products, we can successfully establish a long-term business relationship with them.
