we received a customized kojic acid soap inquiry from a customer from the USA on 10/14/23, They were interested in kojic acid soap that could add other ingredients, MOQ, and custom packaging., we can absolutely offer OEM/ODM. I asked his requirements about an ingredient, package box, and grams for each soap, He confirmed the details with me that he wanted to do 3 kinds of soap:1.Standard kojic acid soap,2Vitamin+Papaya;3.Collagen+kojic acid,500 boxes per model. So I quoted them the first time. But no reply, so I contacted and quoted 1000 boxes in second time.
Then they replied to me after 2 days. They asked me to send more details, including company introduction, and certification(FDA, GMP, ISO, SMETA) to one email.
