Before we get into how to clean the scraping and jade roller, this is the thing.
Scraping and jade roller massage is easy. Start in the middle of the face and roll towards the cheeks.
Rise towards the eyebrows and roll towards the forehead. Move down from the lower lip and roll to the chin.
Use the smaller end for more delicate and hard-to-reach areas; the larger end for larger surfaces.

How often should you clean your scraping and jade roller?
A good practice is to clean the scraping stone again before starting the massage to prevent dust and other dirt from coming in contact with the material.
Can I wash my scraping stone and jade roller?
Many people ask if they can wash their scraping stones or if they should just disinfect them.
The short answer is that you can do both.

How to clean scraping stones and jade rollers?
Method 1# The faster and easier way
After or before your massage, wash the scraping pad with mild soap and water.
Then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
This will prevent the proliferation of bacteria that may be brought to your face in the following applications.
Method 2# Hot shower
Alternatively, you can clean the jade roller and scraping stone as follows.
Leave the scraping in warm water for a few minutes to remove any existing oils.
Then apply a little neutral soap or cleanser to wash off
Then rinse the scraping and roller with tap water
Dry the tools with a soft cloth
Store as usual (I will discuss storage in detail in the following lines)
Method 3# Sea Salt
Another way to clean the scraping and jade roller is to use sea salt.
This method is a more natural method and you can follow the steps I shared above, but instead of using soap, you should use sea salt.
If you live by the sea like I do, you can rinse with sea water and you will get it clean and refreshed.
I don't know how many of you would do this, but it's an option to keep in mind!
Method #3: Sanitize Scrubbing and Rolling Tools
If you'd like, it's best to sanitize your tools with an isopropyl alcohol spray or colloidal silver spray.
It's easy to do and I like to use it anytime before a massage.
I still wash with a neutral soap and then spray with alcohol, which is safer.
