What is Gua Sha?
Gua Sha is guided by the theory of meridians and acupoints of traditional Chinese medicine through special scraping instruments and corresponding techniques, like dipping a certain amount of medium, and then scraping and rubbing with moderate pressure until the skin is congested, or dark red bleeding spots and other “scrapping” changes, so as to achieve the effect of promoting blood circulation. In the past, it was impossible to find an object suitable for gua sha because of outdated technology, but now with the advancement of technology, it has become very simple to produce a piece of tool suitable for gua sha completely. And then the long term use of the jade tool can also be a beauty treatment. In addition, the mushroom-shaped gua sha tool is suitable for plucking tendons and scraping, used for facial detoxification and back. And mushroom-shaped rose quartz gua sha tool is the first choice for hot stone massage in the beauty salon. So mushroom-shaped rose quartz gua sha massage tool will become more and more people’s favorite beauty and wellness tool.
The benefits of using it regularly
Using a stroking motion on your skin stimulates blood flow and promotes collagen growth. With time, guasha has been shown to result in reduced fine lines and wrinkles, as well as even skin tone for an overall healthier complexion. The majority of users agree that these benefits can remain long after use is discontinued. C
ertain facial lifting, de-puffing, and contour can be seen directly after a gua sha treatment. The more consistent you are with these facial massage rituals the more you'll be able to see long-lasting results. Guasha isn't totally permanent, but this isn't really what you're trying to achieve.

Gua Sha Directions for Facial Home Massage
Here are the basic steps for giving yourself a facial gua sha massage at home. For a more detailed overview of this technique, watch this step by step gua sha tutorial!
Step 1: Apply a quality facial mist and facial oil to clean skin. Using a facial mist hydrates your skin and primes it for optimal absorption of beauty products, while a facial oil gives your skin a bit of slip that allows your gua sha tool to glide effortlessly across your skin. This product combination can also help to prevent any rashes or irritation on your skin when performing a facial gua sha massage.
Step 2: Hold the gua sha tool at a 15 to 30 degree angle and gently scrape along skin, using light to medium pressure to stimulate the movement of lymph.
Step 3: Referencing the graphic above, move upwards along the neck (1), chin (2), cheeks (3), under eyes (4), forehead (5 and 6), and jawline (7). Finish by gently gliding your gua sha tool downwards towards the base of the neck (8) to allow lymph to drain into collecting ducts, where your body’s wastes can enter the bloodstream to be eliminated from your body.
Step 4: Clean tool with a mild soap cleanser, dry completely, and store.
