On August 25, my customer placed an order for a shower steamer for us, this customer came from France, and she is my new customer, at first she pasted an inquiry on Alibaba, the inquiry said she was looking for a soap tray in special design, not only in performance or material. When I got this inquiry and uploaded our existing soap tray made in silicone, also I put some shower steamer near the tray, after one day, the customer sent me an email, telling me she was interested in our shower steamer, and asked me to send our company qualification files to their R&D department, also let me arrange stock samples.
As per the customer's request, I sent all the qualification files to her, and after one week, she arranged a factory audit, also they are satisfied with the audit report, meanwhile, she liked our scents very much, and then selected some scents and let us arrange custom samples.
After the scents were confirmed, we started to stone tray, I quoted the price to her, but they found a more special design, finally, they confirmed they wanted to do a stone soap tray, and they would supply stone trays to us for assembly.
