Brazil Old Customer Return Order Experience

I have a customer in Brazil who has been working with our factory for several years. They place regular orders with us every year, about five or six jade roller products, and the cooperation amount is more than 100,000 US dollars. For someone like me who is not particularly strong in development ability, it can be regarded as a big customer.


At the beginning of this year, the customer's goods were exported from Ningbo, but the customs inspection said that the customer's brand has been registered by a company in Hangzhou, and our company cannot export unless authorized by that company.


After we communicated with the customer, the customer provided various certificates such as trademark certification, but the customs still failed. Our goods are already in the Ningbo warehouse, and we have to pay an extra day of storage fee for every day we delay. We cooperated with the customer to submit various documents to the customs, but they failed to pass. The boss was afraid that the loss would be too great, so he chose to pay the company in Hangzhou and let them authorize us to export directly.


The customer's order was completed without any risk, and the customer reported that he was thankful for our timely adjustment of the strategy so that he did not suffer losses.
