01. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a professional manufacturer that has specialised in skin care, hair care, bath products, and other cosmetics since 1995.

02. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM products?

1,000 sets per color or style, unless there are special containers or accessories.

03. How do I get samples?

The sample is free, and you are responsible for the freight. We will arrange for samples to be sent to you immediately after payment is received. Please provide your full address, and I will check the shipping accordingly.

04. What about your delivery time?

A: If you require OEM/ODM services, the process will take approximately 40 days.

B: Order products under our brands. If you order products under our brands, the fastest delivery time is approximately 7-10 days. If the product is in stock, delivery time is within 3 days.

05. What about your payment terms?

By T/T, 30% of the balance is prepaid against the copy of BL. Support multiple payment methods; online payment and customs inspection services are available, ensuring a safe and guaranteed experience.
