1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM products?

For individual bath bombs, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces. For a complete set, we require an MOQ of at least 1,000 sets.

2. How can I get a sample?

The sample fee for five samples is $20, and the freight will be at your expense. After payment is made, we will arrange for the samples to be sent to you immediately. May I have your full address? I will check the freight for you accordingly.

3. What's your payment term?

Typically, our payment terms are 30% due before production and the balance due before shipment.

4. How do I pay the freight?

You can arrange payment by Bank card, or you can also use trade assurance or TT.

5. How long will it take to make a sample?

For stock samples, we can send them out immediately. For new samples, it will take approximately 7 days.
