2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Our factory is located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China. All our clients, from home or abroad, are welcome to visit us!

3. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Quality is a priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end;

All the raw materials we used are environmentally friendly.

Skilful workers care about every detail, handling the stamping, printing, stitching, and packing process;

The quality control department is specially responsible for quality checking in each process.

4. What's your MOQ for OEM products?

For individual bath bombs, our MOQ is 3000pcs, while for the complete set, we need an MOQ of at least 1000 sets.

Normally our MOQ is 1000 sets, if less than MOQ,it  can also be acceptable, and the price will be higher.

5. How can I get a sample?

The sample can be free, and the freight will be in charge of you. After payment is done, we will arrange samples for you immediately. May I have your full address, I will check the freight for you accordingly.

6. What's your payment term?

Usually, our payment term is 30% before the order, and 70% paid off before shipment, also you can arrange payment by PayPal or western union.

7. What's your production lead time?

Normally, the production lead time is 25~30 days after the order is confirmed, if you are urgent, it can be faster.
