01. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

02. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM products?

1,000 sets per color or style, unless there are special containers or accessories.

03. How do I get samples?

The sample is provided free of charge, and you are responsible for the freight costs. We will arrange for samples to be sent to you immediately after payment is received. Please provide your full address, and I will check the shipping accordingly.

04. What about your delivery time?

A: If you require OEM/ODM services, the lead time is approximately 40 days.

B: Order products under our brands. If you order products under our brands, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 days. If the product is in stock, delivery is within 3 days.

05. What about your payment terms?

By T/T, 30% prepaid, with the balance due against a copy of the Bill of Lading (BL). We support multiple payment methods, including online payments. Additionally, customs inspection services can be provided, Ensuring Safe and guaranteed delivery.
