01. Do you supply free samples before bulk ordering?

If the sample quantity is small, we will attempt to provide it at no cost. If it is large, we need to charge a fee. Then, you should cover the FEDEX cost.

03. Can I make my brand product with a private label?

04. Can you help provide printing design artwork for the packaging?

05. Can you provide us customize our own ingredients and compositions?

If the customer has specific ingredients/compositions and wishes to use them, we can have our RD department synthesize a sample and then test the stability of the ingredients. If it is a special ingredient, we can also assist in procuring it, provided it complies with the Chinese government's regulations.
