How to get customized goods?
1. Send your logo in jpg or AI format and inform us of your requirements

Q: How can I get a sample?
A: The sample fee for a one-box sample is $20, and you will be responsible for the freight costs. After payment is made, we will arrange for the samples to be sent to you immediately. May I have your full address? I will check the freight for you accordingly.
Q: How long will it take to make a sample?
A: For stock samples, we can send them out immediately. For new samples, it will take approximately 5-7 days. Always provide a pre-production sample before mass production; always conduct a final Inspection before shipment.
Q: Can you make a customized brand?
A: We are an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) factory. We can assist you with sampling and formulation, sourcing and purchasing raw materials, and artwork design.
Q: Do you have any other packages? I don't like the package you offer now.
A: Yes, we can change other packages at your request. We will introduce some others to you first, or we can design according to your drawing.
