A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to place the order.

01. Do you supply free samples before bulk ordering?

If the sample quantity is small, we will try to apply for it for free. If it is large, we need to charge a fee. Then, you should cover the FEDEX cost.

02. What is the MOQ for each different OEM/ODM product?

03. Can I make my brand product with a private label?

04. Can you help provide printing design artwork for the packaging?

Yes, if the customer has a design requirement, we have a team of professional and experienced designers to satisfy your needs.

05. Can you provide us customize our own ingredients and compositions?

If the customer has specific ingredients/compositions and wishes to use them, we can have our RD department synthesize a sample and then test the stability of the ingredients. If it is a special ingredient, we can also help procure it as long as it complies with the Chinese government's regulations.
